The estimated date to ship out the finished painting is July 20, 2026 via USPS with tracking information.
Photo references for the painting are provided by the clients.
The artist is given creative liberty to make the painting with aesthetic contributions already given by the clients on May 11, 2026. The artist will share one image of the painting at a mostly-complete state by June 12, 2026. The clients will be invited to share any feedback during this time for small changes or additions that the artist can approve or deny depending on the request. The painting will not be allowed to change and needs to be finished to dry by June 30, 2026 for proper shipping.
The artist will build a custom wooden frame to match the style of framed paintings made by the artist currently in the clients' private collection. The artist will use poplar wood and cabinet grade plywood (reverse side) to construct the frame before finishing with a warm black Milk paint and waxed finish. The frame will come installed with a wire and felt pads so it's ready to frame immediately.
50% or 100% of the cost is expected to be paid by clients through the artists website on this listing. This listing is set up as either a one time payment of $450 or a 2 Month Payment Subscription Plan of $225 per month. Depending on the date of the first payment a second and final automatic charge will be made to the same card used one month from the first payment. The painting will ship by the estimated ship out date so long as 100% of the payment has been processed. If the clients choose to cancel the painting commission at any time then the first 50% charge of $225 will not be reimbursed for the sake of the artist's time and material invested.
The artist is not responsible for any damages made to the artwork during the shipping of the painting. The artist will send a photo of the finished painting in its frame prior to shipping to the clients as proof of the condition when it was packed and delivered to USPS. A $100 insurance value is included in the shipping with USPS Ground Advantage. The clients can choose to pay for added insurance (for the shipped painting's value of $450) to be reimbursed to the artist via Venmo by July 21, 2026.
The clients are not given permission to make reproductions of the artwork for profit. The artist reserves the right to use photo reference of the finished painting on his website and for promotional purposes, NOT for reproductions to sell. The painting will be a one of a kind work of art in the collection of the clients.
