This painting was created during the 2025 Door County Plein Air Festival in July. I started the painting on the first night of the week where I found each half of the composition while standing in one place in Sister Bay near the City Hall building. I completed the painting over a total of three afternoon sessions including the sunset paint out. Paired Together in Sister Bay is the last remaining painting from the eight I created during the festival.
